RUN THE JEWELS TO PERFORM AT THE AMP BALLANTYNE ON JUNE 5, 2025
CHARLOTTE, NC — MaxxMusic, Midwood Entertainment and The Amp Ballantyne are excited to announce that Run the Jewels will be performing at The Amp Ballantyne on June 5, 2025.
Presales for the artist and venue will begin on Nov. 21, 2024, at 10 a.m. Public on sale is Friday, Nov. 22, 2024 at 10 a.m.
Run the Jewels is hip-hop’s preeminent anti-oppressor – the party band for the revolution or the apocalypse, whichever comes first. It’s a collaboration between two veteran rhyme-slayers – Brooklyn’s El-P and Atlanta’s Killer Mike.
Mixing the industrial grime of New York City with the vibrant bounce of the dirty South, the duo has become a worldwide sensation, headlining festivals, topping critics polls, nabbing Grammy noms, soundtracking movie trailers and opening for Rage Against the Machine’s 2022 reunion tour.
The Amp Ballantyne, located at 11115 Upper Avenue in the Southern part of Charlotte, North Carolina, is a 5,000-person capacity outdoor music venue with a reserved seating area and general admission lawn. (https://www.ampballantyne.com/)
