New to the Airwaves (August 16)

Happy Music Day! This week is a fun one. It’s sweat your rump of season time – my goodness it’s so freaking hot! My personal calendar is a conglomerate of nearly every genre of music, festival, and comedy special that a decade ago I would have dreamed would be my life. Welcome to the middle of a fun, sweaty, exhausting, and amazing CONCERT SEASON. The outdoor shows are dehydrating us, sunburns turn to tan, and we are lost on nights we aren’t in a photopit.

In these tiny moments I get to hear new music that gets my heart revving, this week’s contenders were hard to narrow down, but a few are:

New albums mean new tours or extended tours *fingers crossed*. Let’s see which band has something new for you this week.

What album are you most looking forward to? Comment below!

Monophonics1

To wrap up this week, we’ve got some much-anticipated arrivals that have us tapping our toes, crossing our arms, and screeching, “Finally!” We’re sure you can see which ones we think you should grab and which ones we think may deserve a pass (cough). Dive in at your own risk, and let’s hear your picks!
