Theory Of A Deadman Releases New Single “Ambulance” Announces New Studio Album Dinosaur
Out March 17 on Roadrunner Records
PRESS HERE To Pre-Order Now
Rock Resurrection Tour with Skillet February 17 – March 26
January 13, 2023 – Multi-platinum rock band Theory Of A Deadman has released their new single “Ambulance” alongside the announcement their new studio album, Dinosaur, will be released March 17th via Roadrunner Records. “Ambulance” is a recklessly raucous and righteously catchy party song – PRESS HERE to listen and PRESS HERE to watch the official lyric video. Dinosaur, the band’s eighth full-length, also features the anthemic lead single and title track “Dinosaur,” which is approaching Top 10 at U.S. Active Rock Radio, currently at #12, and marks a return to form stylistically for the chart-topping Canadian quartet. Dinosaur is available to pre-order now; all digital pre-saves will include an instant download of “Ambulance” and “Dinosaur” – PRESS HERE.
“Dinosaur is by far one of the most fun albums we’ve ever made,” shares front man Tyler Connolly. “Our fans are gonna love the return of the riff rock and the classic Theory signature songs, like ‘Ambulance.’ This song is all about that one night you have way too much fun with your friends where you feel like you’re gonna end the night in the back of an ambulance! Dig in and hold on!”
Theory Of A Deadman — Tyler Connolly [lead vocals, guitar], Dave Brenner [guitar, backing vocals], Dean Back [bass], and Joey Dandeneau [drums, backing vocals] — officially introduced this new chapter in October with the release of “Dinosaur.” The hard-hitting song’s riff lumbers ahead with all the swaggering force of a T-Rex and the grace of a Brontosaurus, while Connolly sinks his teeth into one of the band’s biggest and boldest choruses yet: “Hey kids, boys and girls, now we’ve really done it, it’s the end of the world…Now, we’re going out, going out like the dinosaur.” Since its release, “Dinosaur” has amassed 4 million total streams, been featured on various rock playlists across DSPs including Spotify’s Rock Rotation and Top of the Rock, Apple Music’s The New Rock and Breaking Rock, and Amazon Music’s Rock Arena and Fresh Rock, and received critical acclaim from the likes of Guitar World and Loudwire. PRESS HERE to listen to “Dinosaur” via the official music video and PRESS HERE to watch a live video from the recent Aftershock Festival, where Theory first debuted the song.
Dinosaur, their follow-up to 2020’s acclaimed album Say Nothing, was produced by Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz, YUNGBLUD) and recorded in Sweden at Atlantis Studios, made famous by ABBA. The 10-track collection showcases Theory’s signature wit on “Two Of Us (Stuck),” a breezy piano-laden breakup bop that takes a hard left from the refrain of the Grover Washington, Jr. and Bill Withers classic “Just The Two Of Us.” Elsewhere on the album is the gritty “Medusa (Stone)” and the aggressive “Get In Line.” Ultimately, Theory Of A Deadman is giving rock ‘n’ roll exactly what it needs once more delivering a barrage of rock anthems on Dinosaur. See below for the full track listing.
Theory Of A Deadman will perform tracks off Dinosaur for audiences worldwide throughout the year. Following a run of dates this winter in New Zealand and Australia, the band teams up with Skillet for the co-headlining Rock Resurrection Tour. The 25-date trek, also featuring support from Saint Asonia, crosses the U.S. from February 17th through March 26th, where it wraps at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. Tickets are on sale now. See below for all upcoming tour dates and visit www.theoryofficial.com for more info and to purchase.
With sky-high hooks, riffs as thick as a 2×4, rumbling grooves, and a razor-sharp sense of humor, Theory Of A Deadman have quietly persisted as an unapologetic, unbreakable, and undeniable hard rock force with major multi-platinum hits and countless sold out shows in each of the past two decades. Jamming together in basements throughout high school, the band burst out of their small hometown of North Delta, British Columbia with the self-titled, Theory of a Deadman, during 2002. In addition to the double-platinum breakthrough album Scars & Souvenirs [2008] and gold-certified The Truth Is… [2011], Theory have notched a procession of hits, including the gold-certified “All Or Nothing,” “Bitch Came Back,” and “Lowlife,” platinum-certified “Angel,” “Hate My Life,” and “Not Meant To Be,” double-platinum “Bad Girlfriend,” and triple-platinum “RX (Medicate).” As the biggest smash of their career thus far, the latter hit, off their 2017 album Wake Up Call, marked their third #1 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks Chart and garnered a nomination for “Rock Song of the Year” at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. The award-winning band’s last studio album Say Nothing, featuring the chart-topping and powerful single “History of Violence,” landed at #2 on the Billboard Alternative Albums Chart and #3 on the Rock Albums Chart. Theory Of A Deadman’s impressive catalogue has also logged two Top 10 debuts on the Billboard Top 200 and amassed more than 1 billion collective streams on Spotify alone and nearly 700 million views on their official YouTube.

AMERICAN AUTHORS Announces 4th Studio Album
Best Night Of My Life Out February 10th
“Best Night Of My Life Tour” Kicking Off On Feb 10th
Previously Featured on Live with Kelly and Ryan, SPIN,
Forbes, Hollywood Life, Billboard & More
Jan 13, 2023 – Nashville, TN / Los Angeles, CA – Alternative rock band American Authors are back! Nearly a decade since the release of their smash hit “Best Day Of My Life”, and after years of growth and maturation, the band is finally ready to share their follow-up: Best Night Of My Life. The album is set to be released on February 10th. Fans can listen to the title track, now here.
To pre-save / pre-order the record, please visit: https://fanlink.to/americanauthorsbestnight.
“With Best Night Of My Life, we really wanted to do something that’s never been done before. This is the most original idea we’ve ever had,” jokes frontman Zac Barnett.
Best Night Of My Life also features previous single “Blind For Love”, which saw American Authors testing their limits with six different versions released last year. The band will be bringing their new album across the country next month on the “Best Night Of My Life Tour”, featuring support from Billy Raffoul. The tour kicks off on February 10th in Fairfield, with dates to follow in Philadelphia, New York City, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and more. For a full list of upcoming shows, please see below or visit: www.weareamericanauthors.com/tour
About American Authors:
Nothing brightens your day (or evening) quite like a song does. The right tune at the right time will flip your whole mood upside down. American Authors pen the kind of upbeat, uplifting, and undeniable anthems that windows-down-singalongs and breezy morning movie montages were made for rife with hummable hooks, inventive instrumentation, and cleverly quotable lyrics. It’s why the group continue to captivate audiences worldwide. It’s why they’ve clocked over 1 billion streams, reached multiplatinum status, and consistently packed venues on multiple continents. It’s why they’ve managed to collaborate with everyone from Santana and Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty to Guy Fieri. It’s why the pop rock trio—Zac Barnett [lead vocals, guitar], Dave Rublin [bass, keys], and Matt Sanchez [drums]—can always be your go-to in order to feel good.
That holds true on their fourth full-length offering, Best Night of My Life.
“We wanted to write classic up-tempo American Authors songs,” states Zac. “It was a conscious decision. We agreed, ‘Let’s not pay attention to what other musicians are doing; let’s just do what American Authors does best—which is hopeful feel-good music’.”
With friendships dating back to their days at Berklee College of Music, their official introduction came in the form of 2014’s gold-certified Oh, What A Life. It boasted the triple-platinum smash “Best Day of My Life,” which catapulted to #11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and proved inescapable in countless movies, TV series, video games, and sporting events. Thus far, they’ve earned a staggering 600-plus syncs and counting. Following What We Live For [2016] and Seasons [2019], the guys remained prolific with the Counting Down EP [2020] and the 2021 fan favorite single “Nice and Easy” with Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray. Beyond praise from American Songwriter and The Honey Pop, mega-chef Guy Fieri jumped at the chance to officially remix “Nice and Easy.” In its wake, they joined forces with Santana and Rob Thomas for “Move.” As a perennial live staple, they’ve toured with Andy Grammer, OAR, OneRepublic, The Revivalists, and The Fray and ignited festivals, including Lollapalooza, Firefly Music Festival, BottleRock Napa Valley, Reading Festival, and Leeds Festival.
Enjoying over a decade as American Authors, the boys carefully pondered their next move during a series of candid conversations often well into the night. Their general consensus would be to leap forward by looking back…
“At the 10-year mark, it made sense to bring it back to the beginning,” recalls the frontman. “Obviously, we’ve grown a lot in the last ten years and are in different places. However, we’re still the same band with a positive message. We’ve noticed what songs resonate live, so we thought about how we could maintain those elements the American Authors family really enjoys. It was nostalgic and updated. Best Night of My Life sounds like it could’ve been our second album, but it took us ten years of growing in the music industry as songwriters and producers to get here. Rather than looking at what was going on around us, we looked at who we are.”
Taking the reins and self-producing, the band recorded the entire album in Las Vegas over the course of just two weeks. After teasing out the record with “Blind For Love,” the title track and single “Best Night Of My Life” marks a full circle moment. Of course, it harks back to the seminal hit “Best Day of My Life,” yet it also evokes a renewed spirit. Musically, plucky acoustic guitar and high-register harmonies glide over a bouncy beat as Zac promises, “Oh hey, it’s gonna be the best night of my life. I got everything I need, good friends and my family.”
Sunny handclaps, whistling, banjo, and harmonica (which they Postmate’d to the studio) light up the instantly unshakable “We Happy”, and then there’s “Live on” with its stark ukulele, gentle verses, and promise: “When I step into the night, I’ll leave the light on, so that you always find your way home. In my heart, you’re never gone—you live on.”
“It was an ode to Dave’s sister who passed away,” Zac reveals. “He lost her a couple of years ago around the holidays, and it was really tough on him and the rest of us. She was super young, so it was a horrible loss. It’s a simple and stripped-back tribute.”
Organs hum in the background of “Madness” as a funky bassline adds a confident strut, and everything culminates in “Moving On” as acoustic guitar gives way to one final goodbye on a buoyant, albeit conclusive chorus.
“It’s about getting out of an abusive relationship,” he notes. “Even when you leave, you’re dumbfounded because the other person never understood it was an abusive relationship. You’re breaking free, moving on, getting out from underneath the situation, and knowing the best is yet to come.”
The same could be said for American Authors as they embark on what promises to be their boldest, biggest, and brightest chapter yet.
“The three of us wanted to create the most ‘American Authors’ album we’ve ever done,” Zac leaves off. “There are Easter eggs for our fans, but it’s meant to be hopeful. This band is my best friends. We’ve had great times and some not-so great times…I’ve loved every minute of it though. I can’t wait for what’s next.”

ORGY Drops “Empty” Single
from NEWMUSIC EP coming Summer 2023
“I’m excited to finally start getting these tracks out for Orgy again. As we move toward a new direction musically speaking, I wanted to put a track out that has a bit of that signature Orgy sound, and hint at what’s coming next. Hope everyone will see the big picture and enjoy this track called “Empty” about being drained from always trying to make everyone happy.” – Jay Gordon
ORGY‘s Jay Gordon shares, “I’m really stoked to deliver this track “Empty” which sums up the rigors of both intimate and platonic friendships alike, and how draining they can be to maintain.” The band is excited about a few up & coming dates; The Whisky a Go Go on March 24, 2023 and most notably Live Nation’s “Sick New World” music festival on May 13, 2023. We will be adding a few select dates along the way, in support of the new music we have coming out soon!
ORGY spawned from the late 1990’s Goth music scene with their incredible remake of New Order’s “Blue Monday.” Upon release the track sold over one million copies and has sold more than 2 million copies to date. In late 2005, after the release of Punk Statik Paranoia via D1 Music and Associates, their independent DVD TRANS GLOBAL SPECTACLE via D1 Music / DLC Records, and a promotional tour, the band went on a hiatus to work on their side projects. In 2011, after seven years of demand from fans for new music and a tour, founding member Jay Gordon (vocals) decided it was time to kick things back up and begin recording and touring again in support of ORGY’s fans. Jay, Carlton Bost and Nic Speck have been the ORGY core since 2011.
After several years of releasing singles to the masses, ORGY has proven their long-lasting potency with a refreshed line-up and sound. The modern incarnation of ORGY has been transformed and sees the band poised to re-establish themselves in the EDM, industrial and hard rock scenes. Make no mistake about it, the ORGY brand is not going away anytime soon. As long as the fans demand new music and tours, the band is ready, willing and able to fill their request.
In 2023, ORGY released a video for “EMPTY,” a track mixed by Eric Racy and mastered by Trevor Case of Case mastering. This newer sound for ORGY has great lyrics, melodies, and guitars.
ORGY played Vampire Freaks Dark Side of the Con in April 2022 and did a short 7 show run in support of the ‘Karma Kastles’ and ‘Shady AF’ singles. They most recently played The Endless Night Vampire Ball in New Orleans, October 29, 2022 to a sold out crowd.
About ORGY:
Orgy is a rock band that has been captivating audiences with their raw, energetic sound and provocative lyrics since their formation in the late-90s. With a lineup of five talented musicians. The lineup changes from time to time depending on tours and local shows the band has carved out a unique place in the world of rock music.
Their early music was heavily influenced by the glam and industrial genres, with a strong emphasis on the use of electronic elements and distorted vocals. Over the years, Orgy has evolved and grown, experimenting with different styles and sounds, but always maintaining their signature edge and intensity.
Orgy‘s live performances are known for their high-energy, visually stunning shows, with the band members dressed in elaborate costumes and makeup. The band has toured extensively throughout their career, performing for packed crowds at major music festivals and headlining their own tours.
In addition to their music, Orgy is also known for their philanthropic work, often using their platform to raise awareness for important social and political issues. They are true rock stars in every sense of the word – talented, bold, and unapologetically themselves.
POP EVIL RELEASES “DEAD RECKONING (FT. FIT FOR A KING)”
FROM SKELETONS ALBUM DUE MARCH 17 VIA MNRK HEAVY
TICKETS ON SALE FOR THE SKELETONS U.S. HEADLINING SPRING TOUR WITH SPECIAL GUESTS THE WORD ALIVE & AVOID
New York, NY (January 13, 2022) — Today, the hard rock group Pop Evil released the third single, “Dead Reckoning (Ft. Fit For A King)” from their upcoming album, Skeletons due March 17 via MNRK Heavy. [Pre-Save + Pre-Order]. |
The concept and instrumentals for “Dead Reckoning” were brought to the table by bassist, Joey “Chicago” Walser and co-written with singer, Leigh Kakaty. The producer, WZRD BLD, heard the demo and immediately suggested that Ryan Kirby from Fit for a King would be the perfect fit for a vocal collaboration. In describing the song, the band said, “‘Dead Reckoning’ is about..a clear and unwavering decision a person makes within themselves.” |
The 11-tracks feature the already released single, “Eye of the Storm” landing at the #5 Most Played Song in 2022on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart, and the most recent single, “Paranoid (Crash & Burn).” The album also includes guest performers such as Blake Allison from Devour the Day providing guest vocals on “Wrong Direction.” |
In discussing the album, frontman Leigh Kakaty said, “This is about us as a band stripping everything down to the bones. It’s more uptempo, it’s got bigger riffs, and we’re trying to capture the energy of our live show.” |
“But it’s also a positive message,” he adds.“I know it’s a morbid visual, but behind every skeleton, there’s a story and something worth talking about. Overall, it’s about looking at something in a positive way. And I’m excited for everyone to hear that.” |
Skeletons see the band once again working with producer Drew Fulk (Disturbed, Papa Roach, Motionless in White), a friend and collaborator on a few previous albums that generated # hits. “With ‘Versatile,’ we had a bunch of producers, but for this album, we just wanted to work with one person and get back to our roots,” says Kakaty. “There’s an energy he and I have, and he’s been great at helping us build these songs and work around some collective themes.” |

Pop Evil has massive anthems and built a new rock’n’roll institution on a foundation of showmanship, raw relatability, and hard rock hooks, both forward-thinking and timeless from frontman, Leigh Kakaty, lead guitarist Nick Fuelling, rhythm guitarist Dave Grahs, bassist Joey “Chicago” Walser and drummer Hayley Cramer. No matter the headline-grabbing declarations from legendary icons, lamenting the changing of the guard, the slow-burning success of Pop Evil demonstrates the hunger for hard-hitting honest music persisting worldwide. |
Their 2011 album, War of Angels debuted at #8 on Billboard Top Rock Albums with three singles landing on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Top 10 including “Last Man Standing”, “Monster You Made” and “Boss’s Daughter.” The momentum continued with their 2013 album Onyx, landing them on the Top 40 of the Billboard 200 for the first time, plus it was #9 on the Billboard Independent Albums in America and #25 on the Billboard 200. The album included three #1 Billboard Mainstream Rock singles, “Trenches” “Deal with the Devil” and “Torn to Pieces.” In 2015, the band released their album, UP, which would make its way to #1 on Billboard Independent Albums, with four Top 5 Billboard Singles such as “Ways to Get High,” “Take It All,” and “If Only for Now”. The hit single “Footsteps” is still one of the biggest songs to date and returned Pop Evil to Billboard’s #1 spot for four weeks. Their 2018 self-titled album landed three singles on Billboard Mainstream Rock, “Waking Lions” at #1 with “Be Legendary” peaking at #2, and “A Crime to Remember” peaking at #7. |
Pop Evil’s last #1 single include “Survivor,” which also topped Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart in late 2021, joining previous Top 10 single “Work,” and #1 single “Breathe Again,” from their albumVERSATILE, out now via MNRK Heavy. Over the course of their career, the band has achieved four gold singles with “Torn to Pieces,” and “Trenches” from Onyx, “Footsteps” from UP, and, “100 in a 55” from their debut studio album, Lipstick on the Mirror. |
