At first listen you’ll find his songs bring a diverse variety of sounds, while some feel as though they are inspired by a blend of The 1975 and John Mellancamp they all hold an originality that is refreshing and memorable.

While it may be his first headlining tour, Dreamer Boy and his band The Lone Stars have already amassed a strong fan base and rightfully so as their live set brings recorded versions of songs to life in an energetic and beautiful way.

Songs such as those off his new album ‘LONESTAR’ that was released on May 10th, 2024 which is packed with hit after hit and have been on repeat for us ever since experiencing the magic of a live show with Dreamer Boy.

As the sound of crickets and rural nature filled the room, the night’s set began with a song that was fittingly the first track off the new album and also the namesake of the tour, with “Summer in America”.

As the energy of the song grew, along with it did the audience. It was a perfect time to break out the next song and a personal favorite with “Heartbreaker” which was a lively moment as the band was finely tuned and the dance moves of Taylor electrified the stage with a 60’s inspired rock feel.

The night continued as Taylor took a moment to recognize his bandmates as well as fans. Some fans had even traveled from Miami, Florida to witness the talents of Dreamer Boy and The Lone Stars.

It was then time for a full on dance party, to the sounds of “Baby Blue” and a throw back to 2018’s “Orange Girl”.

Towards the end of the set, he donned his cowboy hat again and invited the crowd to join him in a loud and fun “Yee Haw” before a giant sing along broke out to the popular “Puppy Dog”.
