Hey, Come Out and Play with The Offspring This Summer
Let The Bad Times Roll Tour Kicks Off Next Week
California punk rockers The Offspring are back and better than ever as they kick off a 24-city tour next week on August 1, in Auburn, WA along with special guests Sum 41 and Simple Plan. The first half of August sees them up and down the West Coast before they make their way to the Southeast including a stop here in Charlotte at PNC Music Pavilion on Friday, August 18th. Afterward, the tour keeps on rolling up the East Coast with a final date in Mansfield, MA on Sunday, September 3rd.
The Offspring have been rocking us through ten studio albums and for the better part of 38 years and are responsible for the rock and punk rock revival of the 1990s. Their breakout album Smash rocketed them into mainstream success in 1994 with the help of the hit single “Come Out and Play.” Since then, The Offspring have sold over 40 million albums worldwide. The band’s latest album Let The Bad Times Roll was released in 2021 further cementing their legendary status in the annals of punk rock history. In June, they released a special edition of Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace in honor of the album’s 15th anniversary.
The tour brings along pop-punk favorites Sum 41 and Simple Plan to round out an evening of kick-ass rock and roll.
“One of the best things about being on tour is traveling the world playing to great audiences, and it’s even better when you can do it with your friends – we had sold out International tours with Simple Plan and Sum 41, and we’re excited that they’ll be joining us this Summer in America. It’s going to be great!” said Dexter Holland of The Offspring
