Three Piece Rock Group Axecident Opens Up About Long Awaited EP

Seeing a group of fresh out-of-high school dudes spouting a classic rock sound is so refreshing. The boys in Axecident are all about old-school sound, pulling inspiration from Kix, Megadeth, and other classic artists. This band embraces a fast and raw sound and a vintage look. On stage, they dress in ripped jeans and fishnets and rock long, wavy voluminous locks. There’s no autotune here, folks. What you see is what you get, and what you’re gonna get is pure rock and roll.

After two years of blood, sweat, and tears, Axecident has finally released its self-titled EP. Donning six of their best jams, this EP is a whole lotta “bitchin’ rock n’ roll” from start to finish. The tracks follow one another perfectly and you’re sure to be tapping your foot and finger drumming along to the lively,  badass tracks.

Shutter16 got the chance to sit down with the boys at their EP release show to chit-chat everything Axecident, from how they came to be and the story behind how they scored being a supporting act for Dangerous Toys at the legendary Whisky A Go Go in August.
