Exclusive Interview: Jesse Dayton Talks Life, Tours, and Music
Collaborative Record with Samantha Fish Coming In 2023
When it comes to the music and entertainment industry, there isn’t much that Jesse Dayton hasn’t done. The Beaumont, Texas-born musician is not only an accomplished singer and guitarist but he has also made a name for himself as a record producer, songwriter, actor, and author. His life and career could be something straight out of a movie. In fact, who knows, that may be something in the works for Jesse down the road.
From being discovered by Waylon Jennings and Jonny Cash at a young age to touring the world as a solo artist, Jesse has gone on to become a true badass of outlaw country. If his country resume isn’t enough to impress, Dayton has also worked with rocker Rob Zombie on his horror films and performed for President Bill Clinton at his second Inaugural Ball. Recently, Jesse has released his own memoir Beaumonster and accompanying album bringing his story to life.
Never one to not stay busy, Jesse is currently out on the road with the Allman Family Revival tour as well as shows with blues guitarist Samantha Fish and solo dates with his own band. 2023 looks to be just as busy as Dayton has a new collaborative album coming out with Samantha and looks to hit the road hard again for a string of tour dates.
