Attention Carolina Music Fans! William Clark Green Is Headed to Charlotte
With gritty performances, a top-notch band, and a voice that can fill any concert hall, Texas native and Roots-Americana singer-songwriter William Clark Green is one of a kind. After selling out venues across the country for the last fifteen years, William took some time for self-reflection and the end result was his latest release, the fantastic Baker Hotel. The record not only pays homage to his own Roots sound but explores everything from rock anthems to indie folk and a bit of everything in between.
“What this record means to me is self-reflection, realizing that I just turned 35 and it’s like, ‘Where am I at in life? Where do I want to be? Where did I think I would be?’ Not being able to work [during the lockdown], I had a lot of time to sit and think about myself, and what’s really locking me down, and that’s what I think this record is about,” Green says.
He is out on the road through the end of the year in support of Baker Hotel on the All You Got Tour and will be making a stop here in Charlotte this Saturday, November 5 at the Underground Charlotte. This is a show that you won’t want to miss so be sure and grab your tickets today.
